- When a customer purchases a download it is completely automated and does not require any involvement from you.
- When a customer purchases a download they will receive an email with a link from Murphy’s Magic. The email will include the password needed to access the download. (Any questions regarding the email from Murphy’s should be directed to Murphy’s.)
- Instructions are included in the email sent and are explained below.
- Click on the link included in the email and you will be taken to the My Downloads page.
- Enter the email used to make the purchase. For example [email protected]
- Next enter the password included in the email. This password is only for accessing the download. It is not the same password used to log in to your account.
- You can also access the download section under the Account menu tab.
