- Refund the order. (More information about how to refund an order can be found here.)
- Set the Order Status to Cancelled.
- Save Order.
- You will need to contact your Murphy’s Magic representative to remove the items from your Murphy’s Sales Order. This cannot be done from the website.
You might still see the Order number in the Submit Sales Order section of your website but as long as you have cancelled the order at Murphy’s it will not be included in the Sales Order at Murphy’s.
